Buffalo Trail is an All-Day Program, and First Year Scouts will meet in their groups Monday through Thursday. In addition to rank requirements, Scouts will have the opportunity to complete the First Aid and Swimming Merit Badges, as well as earn their Totin' Chip and Firem'n Chit. Scouts will receive instruction in the following skill areas: Wood tools, meal preparation and cooking, pioneering, knots, orienteering, nature, first aid, and outdoor citizenship.
The scenic Buffalo National River is a welcome spot on a hot Arkansas day. Merit badge choices include Canoeing, Swimming, Rowing, Kayaking, Life Saving. We also offer instructional swimming.
A great week long opportunity with a nationally accredited shooting sports staff. Merit badge choices are Archery, Rifle Shooting and Shotgun Shooting.
Our wilderness offers a spectactular outdoor ecology classroom. Merit badge choices are Environmental Science, Fish and Wildlife, Insect Study, Weather, Forestry, Geology, Archeology, Bird Study, Mammal Study, Soil and Water, Nature and Astronomy.
Offering skills and knowledge for outdoor survival, Scoutcraft is a week long journey in fun and skill learning. Merit badge choices are Orienteering, Backpacking, Wilderness Survival, Geocaching, Pioneering, Fishing, First Aid, Camping, Cooking and Welding.
